Accelerator includes a service catalogue where the organization can register and publish available services to the users. This makes it easy for the users to find available services and to place IT orders. The orders are sent to the manager or resource owner for approval and once the order is approved, it is automatically executed in the IT system. 
The complete end to end workflow is automated and can be configured to be as simple or complex as required.
